A Monthly Exploration Focused on Ethnoautobiography
A Kapwa Journey of Collective Healing

The part of us that has been waiting in the wings to be called back into the Sacred Embrace of Mother Earth and her Great Spirit.

Let us journey together in bringing together all the fragments of our Long Body.

Let’s envision the Beauty that is being created along the way.

In this ongoing exploration of the remaining elements of Ethnoautobiography, we dive deeper into the sweet realms of Dreaming, Spirituality, and of Storytelling as Medicine.

Tao Po! Tuloy!

Come Inside. Be Home Now!

Pagsuyo 3.1 offers a deeper and more immersive exploration of "Re-membering the Long Body," building upon the foundational work we began in our yearlong study of the book Ethnoautobiography: Stories and Practices for Unlearning Whiteness, Decolonization, and Uncovering Ethnicities by Jürgen W. Kremer and River (R) Jackson-Paton.

Continuing Our Pagsuyo Journey

This next phase invites participants to the everyday experience of deepening our collective understanding of how ancestral memory, place, kinship, and cultural identity are woven into the fabric of who we are.

Drawing from the insights and relationships cultivated in our previous cohort, Pagsuyo 3.1 creates a continuing space for diasporic Filipinos and allies to engage in transformative, community-centered learning and embodying kinship with all our kapwa, including our more than-human-kin.

We will meet for 2 hours via Zoom every third Sunday, January through June, 2027. This study period builds upon the themes we started to explore. Dates and topics are listed below:

  • October 25, 2026: Information Session (Optional)

  • December 20, 2026: Prelude to Pagsuyo 3.1

  • January 17, 2027: Gathering Ourselves Through Dreams
