About This Event

In reflection of how the Western Systems and Strucures of Medicine are failing us, especially those from magrinalized communities., Sockie shares her knowledge and returns us back to homeopathic and indigenous knowledge of healing and care. As a community nurse and a Covid-19 survivor, Sockie will center her teachings in this session on sharing practices and tips on how to treat symptoms of Covid-19,  how to prevent severeness of effects if infected and how to strengthen your breath and immunity to fight the virus from entering and inhabiting the body.
